Eligibility For Refund

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

• If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing paid services, and we are unable to resolve them.
• If a payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amount).
• If the profile was registered for a person who does not belong to Kannada Devanga community.

Non Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If you change your mind after using our services.
• If the services have been partially or fully utilized.
• If you fail to achieve desired results (matches, responses, or marriage) as matchmaking outcomes depend on mutual consent and compatibility.
• If your account is terminated due to a violation of our terms of use.
